As a caregiver, I’ve come to understand that self-care comes in many forms, and there’s no secret or one-size-fits-all recipe. That’s because we are all different and have different needs. And maybe that’s why it’s hard for many caregivers to embrace the idea of caregiver self-care. We think we don’t have time to figure it out. STOP! It’s not that hard, and investing time in your well-being is important.
